5. Intellectual Property

All content, documents, and creative outputs remain the property of McAbe Ltd until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership is transferred to the client for use as agreed.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, UK.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Scottish courts.
